Company Founder and President, Ron Weekes, has over 20 years of experience directly supporting various US Federal Agencies.  He began his government service as a Navy Corpsman, providing medical support to various Marine and Naval units throughout the United States and abroad in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His passion and dedication to the mission shines through in every customer engagement.  Through the years Ron has developed an extensive network of best-in-class engineering and executive resources  who work directly for our company or partner with us on larger efforts.

Larger companies often push around their customers, telling them what they think they need instead of listening to what they want/need.  We ask questions and seek to understand your actual problems, then work with you to design a solution that meets the needs of both Mission and Budget.  When we identify a customer need that is outside our expertise, we immediately reach out to our network of corporate partners to deliver a best in class, holistic solutions.  We know what we are good at, and when to supplement with external expertise.
